Delivery Information
We work hard to make sure your order is delivered on time and appropriately packed. We use Royal Mail First Class, Royal Mail Standard Parcels, Royal Mail Special Delivery and Fastway Couriers.
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are despatched the same day, orders placed on a Saturday are normally despatched the following Monday.

If your out when your order arrives
If your out when you order arrives then a card will be left with instructions on how to get your parcel redelivered, or alternately arrange to pick it up from your local Post Office or Courier Depot.
